Friday funday!

Hi all!

So on Fridays the company I work for pretty much closes down at 1pm which is awesome,  so I always have the afternoon to get my shiz done!  Plus today was payday – holla! So that makes it even more of a ‘Friday Funday’.  As I’ve mentioned before I’m starting the Jamie Eason LiveFit Trainer on Sunday, and I needed to stock up on the groceries that I will need.  Her recipes sound dang tasty so I’ll let ya’ll know how they turn out in case you want to try for yourself .  Some called for babyfood though, I felt a little weird in that aisle, but my friends have a baby so I’ll just say it’s for them. NO BABIES UP IN HERE!

Workout: 3 mile run - slow and cold

I was feeling pretty unmotivated today (shocker) and thought about just loafing around with this critter -

But I sucked it up and got my workout in anyway.  I always feel better when I do.  I'm really looking forward to a long stretch tomorrow.  I try and take one day from the weekend to do a nice long stretch "workout".
 Eats so far...

b-fast = turkey on a bagel thin and naners
snackypoo #1.  I ended up dropping my apple on the floor so ended up only eating half. Fail.
Lunch = Choc. Shakeology with cherries and almond milk
Late snack = mango Chobani, Kashi and fruit

alright kids, this house isn't going to clean itself, gotta go!
