Hello and happy hump day!

Workout: 3 mile run outside

Went for a quick run today, which you will come to know is rare for me.  I have a 5k race at the end of May so I’m trying to force myself to run as much as I can.  As I said before, running isn’t exactly my favorite thing to do, so a 5k might not sounds like much to the rest of you, but to me is a big deal.  I don’t run fast or gracefully, but I do it so that’s all that matters.  Plus I want to PR so I want to actually try at this one.

My next few workouts will kind of be pieced together for a couple of days.  On Sunday I’m starting the Jamie Eason 12 week LiveFit Trainer.  So until then I’m just wingin’ it.  I was a little under the weather so I took the last 2 days off and I feel it!  Ugh, I always feel so gross when I do that.  Makes me feel like I gained 50lbs when I know I didn’t, and I always get so snacky when I don’t workout – so I’m sure the 75 bowls of Cheerios I ate didn’t help….oh well, onward and upward!

 I forgot to take a pic of my actual b-fast, I scarfed it down before I remembered, so all you get is the empty box. These are good, quick and easy – just like I like it ;)  I wish they had a little more blueberry in them but I liked ‘em anyway.  I ate 2 with almond butter and sf syrup.  I usually don’t like syrupy things early in the a.m. but I make an exception for waffles.

Lunch was the usual Shakeology
  I will discuss Shakeology in another post, so if there are any questions anyone wants answered let me know.  That is, if anyone is actually reading this boring thing.

I try and eat 5-6 times a day.  I know I call them “snacks” but everything is around the same calorie count so I guess they are more like mini-meals.  That’s another topic I will get to later too.

I swear I eat the same things everyday – I’m a creature of habit, what can I say.  If variety is the spice of life then I am its’ bland boring stepsister.  Oh well, there are worse things I guess…

*If you could eat one thing for the rest of your life what would it be?
                              I would probably go with greek yogurt.  I eat one every.single.day
