My body is revolting against all the junk I fed it yesterday. I seriously woke up at about 2am thinking I was going to have to make a mad dash to the bathroom and toss my peeps! Even this morning I couldn't make myself coffee because the thought of putting creamer in it was too much to handle ( and I refuse to drink it black). I feel better now, but my appetite has been pretty non-existent today. Good thing Holidays don't come around very often. On that lovely note, I did have a pretty good Easter. Got in a good, albeit slow, run, went to my Aunts for some tasty food, and took Stella for a walk. It was really nice to see family and hang out :) Hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend too!

I am hoping today goes well. My legs were pretty tired during yesterday's run, so hopefully they've come around a little bit. I guess we'll see! I also cant wait until our track is cleared off so I can get my repeats done on that instead of on the street, or if its a crummy day, inside on the tmill. Maybe once our high school starts track I can go up and practice with them :) I'm sure that wouldn't make me feel old at all.
Hope everyone has a happy Monday! Catch ya later.
But there is nothing like a Miller family holiday feast and the extra carbs are so worth it! You will be back in the saddle again as you flush out the bad and put in the good. Here's to a solid week of running. Mumsy
