This is a great way to track everything I'm doing in these next 12 weeks. I find I'm much more successful when I can write things down and this is such a handy tool to have. I realize that you all may think that I'm taking this way to seriously, but when it comes to my health and fitness and need to be. It would be all to easy for me to just say screw it and go back to where I was, but fortunately that's NOT an option :) I also have a pretty big goal set for myself for next spring ( which I will bring up another day), and this training program is going to be a good gauge to see if I've got the discipline, and I think I do. So please, don't call me obsessed, cause I'm not, I'm dedicated and determined, and there is a very big difference.
Enough with the serious talk, look what else I got in my package! I'll give ya'll 2 guesses as to what will be joining this motley crue in a couple months :)
Workout: Day 2 LiveFit - Biceps & Back
Did you guys buy your tickets?.........to the gunshow!!! ugh, sometimes I'm to lame for my own good. But for realz, holy bicep curls man. Another great workout today. I think I'm going to dig going to the gym now. Plus I get to listen to my classic rock - I love me some Aerosmith! I have to say, every time in the past that I've gone to the gym, I would have never set foot in the free weight area, cause of all the beefy muscle-head guys, but I had to get over that today. Turns out, its totally not bad! I think I did more lifting than the fellas in there. They all seemed to just lift one SUPER HEAVY rep, drop it down, and walk around for about 15 minutes. So ladies, do not be afraid of weights, they are your friend and it feels pretty awesome too :)

Good for you for getting over that "mens only weight area or perceived mens only". I remember 20 years ago when I started lifting I was the ONLY female in there. I got bad dirty looks for being on their turf. Yup lots of one rep sets and grunting versus serious women lifting. LOVE IT! Mumsy
