Workout: Day 3 LiveFit – Legs and Calves
I was super glad to give my poor arms a break.
They aren’t super sore, but I can definitely feel it. Call me crazy,
but I like being a little sore, it keeps me motivated that what I’m
doing is working. I didn't quite feel as much of a burn today with the lower body work, but that probably means I need to up my weights next time. It was still a good workout, but I guess I need to ramp it up!
Oh, and I may or may not be becoming one of those
crazy gym people, that gets irritated when someone is on the machine
that I need to use, cause clearly my name is on it…..jeez I need to work
on some patience
I’m calling today tasty cause it was! I had some
majorly good eats today, too bad the Internet isn’t like Willy Wonka and
you can lick the screen – cause I know you all would, and if you actually are, you have another bag of issues to deal with…..
So here they are!
bfast = a tasty scramble with garlic & roasted red peps, Ezekiel toast and coffee |
Morning snack was an undocumented pear and blueberry Oikos yougurt. This was tasty cause this yogurt flavor is my FAV! It always makes me happy :)
lunch = I added an obscene amount of raspberries to my shake and it was gooooood! |
pm snack = protein bars, pumpkin and chocolate. I swear these have crack in them, and I'm the one who made them! |
I chomped this while making dinner... much tastier than yesterdays :) |
dinner - a BIG salad with roasted chickpeas, grilled chix, trader joes peanut dressing and carrots. so tasty! |
