tight pants thursday

Hello lovies!  I woke up this morning and totally thought it was Friday, yikes!   It’s ok cause I actually really like Thursdays.  It’s always my last “full” day of work, a rest day from the gym, and all my favorite funny shows are on.  With the exception of Community – that show blows, sorry for those who actually watch it, but it needs to get cut ASAP. End rant.

Alright, I got a little overzealous yesterday with my workout.  I should have listened and NOT done the cardio.  My quads were sore to begin with and that just made it worse.  They are super sore and puffy today.  Turns out, sore puffy muscles lead to really tight pants.  It felt and probably looked like I painted on my jeans today – not a good look.  It also doesn’t help that I have a job where I sit most of the time so when I get up it takes a good 3 hours just to stand upright.  This is what I get for trying to go against the program.  Oh well, I still wanted to do something to loosen them up a little so today I went for a walk.  I wanted to run, but I think I my legs would have literally fallen off if I tried.


I was running late this morning so I didn’t have time for eggs.  So I got nostalgic with some Rice Krispies.  J-bob randomly got them at the store last night, but I’m glad he did.  When I was a kid we would always eat them whenever we would stay overnight at my grandmas – it was the only cereal she would have on hand.  Brought me back :)

dinner = TJ's veggie burger and veggies.  I didn't have a burger bun...
