Hi all, so I’m going to back this negativity train
up a bit. I realized yesterday’s post came off a little “poor-me”. I
think I just needed an attitude check, and a good night’s sleep. I
realized that having “slumps” and bad weeks are
ok, I have to learn to go with it and not beat myself up. Today is a
new day and I am bound and determined to hop back on the positivity
wagon, or is it off the wagon?.....
Workout: Day 11 LiveFit: Shoulders & Abs
I upped my weights today cause I felt the need the
need for speed to get a really good workout. All this junk food and
sad thoughts have me wanting to sweat it out so that’s what I did. I
also did a little cardio, shhh don’t tell.
My quads were really tight from yesterday s workout so I just needed to
get them moving a little – or at least that’s the excuse I’m using. I
also did a few extra abs cause I wanted too :)
I have the house to myself tonight cause J is out
and about. Party up in here!!
But it’s a pretty lame

Love the shoes! I am stopping by for the catalog because this Mama really does need new shoes. Maybe not hot pink....age fail.
